Welcome to LC Voice Studio! By enrolling in our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Students can schedule lessons via our online booking system or by contacting us directly, with all lessons scheduled in advance to ensure availability. Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours notice; otherwise, the lesson may be forfeited. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable, and lessons start and end on time without extensions for late arrivals. Payment is due in advance of the lesson or lesson package, with accepted payment methods being venmo, zelle, stripe. All sales are final, with refunds only provided under exceptional circumstances at LC Voice Studio’s discretion, and late payments may result in lesson suspension. Students are expected to practice regularly, come prepared, and maintain respectful behavior, as disruptive conduct may lead to service termination. The instructor will provide a professional, supportive, and encouraging learning environment, tailoring lesson plans to individual needs. Lessons cancelled by LC Voice Studio will be rescheduled or credited, and students may reschedule within the allowed notice period. LC Voice Studio is not responsible for any injuries or vocal strain incurred during or outside of lessons, and students should disclose any relevant medical conditions. Lessons may be recorded for educational purposes with prior student consent, and student information will remain confidential. LC Voice Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes. By enrolling in lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
